One-Way Traffic Control Next Week
MARIPOSA COUNTY – The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) will conduct the following one-way traffic control next week on State Route-140 (SR-140) for maintenance and construction operations. Work is scheduled as follows:
STATE ROUTE 140
- One-way traffic control at Fourth Street for sign/banner work on Monday, April 1, 2024, from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
- One-way traffic control from Fifth Street to Seventh Street for utility work beginning Monday, April 1, through Friday, April 5, 2024, from 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m.
- One-way traffic control from Briceburg to Bear Creek Bridge for pavement work beginning Monday, April 1, through Friday, April 5, 2024, from 9:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.
- One-way traffic control from Bear Creek Bridge to Bull Creek Road for pavement work beginning Monday, April 1, through Friday, April 5, 2024, from 9:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.
Motorists should expect 5-10 minute delays and use alternate routes whenever possible. This work is scheduled to take place as listed, but is subject to change due to traffic incidents, weather, availability of equipment/materials and construction related issues.
