IMPORTANT:

All encroachment permits issued on September 1, 2011, and after shall comply with the requirements of the 2010 Standard Plans and Standard Specifications (Standards).

Permits issued prior to September 1, 2011, that comply with the 2006 Standard Plans and Standard Specifications do not require any action unless a permit extension is requested. If an extension is requested, the District Permit Engineers shall consider requiring compliance with the 2010 Standards on a case-by-case basis. (08/02/11 Memorandum)
