One-time Verbal Approval

A verbal approval is good for a one-way, single trip move, and valid for one-time use only. The verbal approval is sent via email to customers.

Note: Verbal inspections are not available for 3 or 4-axle tractors with steer axles rated over 20,000 lbs. Please use the Tractor Inspection Report form to complete a permanent inspection.
